Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped the same day or the following business day.

Please note that processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
  • We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • If tracking shows your package as delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replacement unless the error was caused by us.
